How do i easily upload quickbooks invoices emailed to me from my contractors that i have already in to my expenses?

You no longer have to record it again since you already recorded it as an expense. That will cause duplicate and discrepancies. 

 

If what you're referring to "upload" is to attach a file to the existing expense transaction, you can follow these steps:

  1. Download and save the bill from your contractor.
  2. Find and open the expense transaction you created.
  3. Click the Attachments section. Select the bill and click Open.
  4. Hit Save and close.
