How do I export a copy of all invoices, name, date,comment, total amount etc. For me to analyse.

Welcome to the Community space, @tony27. We'll provide details to help you export copies of your invoices outside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can run the Invoice List report, add columns, and filter it to show you the details you need for your business. However, please know that the option to include the product or service keyword is unavailable inside the report. As a workaround, you'll want to enter the product or service keyword in the Memo or Description section inside the transaction and then add the Memo/Description column to the report to see the keyword added to the invoice. We'll gladly outline the steps to get you going:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
2. On the left navigational bar, click the Reports tab.|
3. In the Search bar, enter Invoice list and then click on the report.
4. Click the Customise button and then select Change columns.
5. Tick the box beside the column that you want to see inside the report.
6. Once done, click the Run report button.
7. After modifying the report and adding the details needed, click the Export icon beside the Printer icon and then select Export to Excel.
