I can help you with exporting your invoices, @joshspeightphoto

You can download these invoices from the Invoices page. You can have it in an Excel file where you'll see all the invoices. It'll provide you with the DateInvoice NumberClientAmount, and Status. Or export it one by one as a PDF file.

To export it through an Excel file:

  1. Go to the Invoices page.
  2. Set the Status and the Date of the invoices that you'd like to export.
  3. Click on the Download icon below the Create invoice button.

To export it one by one through PDF file:

  1. Go back to the Invoices page.
  2. Click the dropdown menu under the ACTION column.
  3. Select Export as PDF.

For more hints about handling your invoices in QBSE, you can open this article: How to send or record an invoice.

Aside from invoices, you can also categorise your income and expenses to put them to the correct line of your Schedule C categories. To know more, you can check out this link: Categorise transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
