How do I fix the mobile app camera issue, I can snap a photo of a reiceipts and upload them !! Looks like it's been around for a while ???

Hello Repairs1, Thanks for posting on the Community page,  are you referring to the issue of QBO Mobile App: Unable to use receipt snap. Error: "Camera Error. Cannot connect to camera." if so if you can ring the helpline on 0808 234 5337 line is open mon to fri 8am to 7pm and is free from any uk landline or mobile so you can get added onto that investigation you can quote the investigation -85044 and you will receive an email from the case the agent creates for you with any updates on the issue.
