How do I get a copy invoice for direct debits taken out of our account from April to August 2019?

Hello Mhughes1,

 

Could you advise the last 4 digits of the company id you need to copy invoice for or is for multiple companies(we have more than one populate under the email address you use for the Community)

Possibly ID ending 8980 but we do have multiple companies.

Hey mhughes1,

 

 

I can't locate an account with that ending under the email provided - if you login to the account and press ctrl + alt + ? and the full ID number will appear, please confirm the last four digits.

 

Alternately, billing invoices for 2019 should be available within the account by going to the Gear icon > Accounts and settings > Billing & subscriptions > Billing history.

Hey mhughes1,

 

 

I've emailed copies of the April - July billing invoices to the Master Admin, the August invoice will be emailed on the 19th of the month when the account  is next charged.
