How do i import from clients and invoices from Invoice2go?

If your concern is related to the Import Data option, accumulated cache stored in your browser may be causing some pages in QuickBooks Online to load incorrectly. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps and start by opening your account in a private window so QuickBooks starts on a clean slate. You can use these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
