How do I invoice 2 separate people for the same job? I have done an insurance repair so the customer has to pay the VAT only and the insurance company pays the rest.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can add one customer per invoice transaction. In your case, you'll want to create 2 separate invoices for the 2 customers who has the same job.

Here's how:

1. Go to the + New and then select Invoice.
