How do I manually add my invoice receipts to quickbook ? I do not want to use quickbook invoice tool, as my payments are by BACS.

You can search for a third-party app in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account that has the feature you need.
You'll want to go to the Apps menu and search for an app from there.
