How do I match scanned receipts to bank transactions? (Mobile app doesn’t show bank accounts).

Hello there, @zac-zenzyc-io.

I want to ensure this is taken care of. But first, may I know the name of your bank institution? This way, I can check if it's supported by QBO.

In the meantime, let’s close and restart the app to refresh the connection. Then, clear the data to reset the app to its default state.

For Android users, here’s how:

  1. From More Options, choose Settings to select Refresh Data.
  2. Click "Yes" to confirm the action.

For iOS:

  1. On the Menu ☰ choose Help & Feedback to select Refresh Data.
  2. Click Refresh to complete the process.

Then, open your QBO company and go to the Banking page to check the account.

However, if none of these suggestions work, I recommend accessing the company file using a browser. Click on this link to open the Sign in window: QBO.

Find the account from there. If it doesn’t show, check out the steps below to add the bank. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu, then select Banking
  2. On the Bank and Cards page, click the Add account button to open the Connect an account page.
  3. Enter the financial institution’s name or the URL in the Enter your bank name or URL field.
  4. From the list, choose the right one and hit Continue to proceed.
  5.  Then enter the username and password you use for the financial institution’s website.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
