How do i personalise my message that go out to my clients

Hi anna39 👋

 

Thanks for joining us here on the Community. 

 

You can enter a personal message in the 'Message' box when creating an invoice or edit the email body before sending however its not currently possible to save a default of this in QuickBooks Self-Employed, so you would need to enter this each time. 

 

Once you've saved an invoice you can open this to copy/past the message into the new invoice if you're wishing to use the same personalised message. 😊
