How do I re-categorize a group of transactions?

It's great to have you here, @ealing-singandsi. I'll make sure you can recategorise a group of your transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

1. Go to the Banking menu and choose the Banking tab.
2. Select your bank account, then go to the Categorised tab.
3. Select all of the transactions you want to undo, then click Undo.
4. This will move the transactions to the For Review tab from the Categorised tab.

Then, you can recategorise them in bulk. Here's how: 

1. From the For Review tab, select all the transactions you want to categorise.
2. Click the Update button.
3. Chose a category, then click Apply and accept.

If you're good with your transactions, you can now proceed in reconciling an account in QBO. If everything matches, you know your accounts are balanced and accurate. We recommend reconciling your checking, savings, and credit card accounts every month.
