Question

How do I receive an interview payment? I’m in the UK and sent an invoice to a client in the US but it keeps saying ‘error’ on their end. Anything I need to do different?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support to have this investigated. They have the tools capable of pulling up your account in a secure environment, which we are unable to do so here in the Community for security reasons.  

 

You can follow the steps below to connect with us:   

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. Then click Help (?).  
  2. Click Talk to a human.  
  3. Choose Talk to a human.  
  4. Enter your concern.  
  5. Tap Contact us. Then choose either Chat or Get a callback.
