How do I retrieve deleted invoices

I've got some insights to share with you regarding deleted invoices in QuickBooks Online, @gina-fowler-live.

A sales invoice that has been erased in QuickBooks can't be restored, although it can be viewed in the audit log. By doing that, you can review all the invoice details accurately.

Here's how:

1. Click on the Gear icon.
2. Under Tools, select Audit log.
3. Click on the Filter from the left side.
4. Tick on Transactions.
5. Edit to show Deleted/Voided transactions and choose a date range.
6. Review the transactions once found.

You can then recreate the invoices once you have all the information.
