How do I stop a reoccurring invoice

I'm here to help you stop our recurring invoices, richardleelandsc. 

 

When we setup a recurring invoice, it will depend on the type, if it's scheduled, unscheduled or reminder. We have the option when to enter an End date when the invoice will reoccur. To stop it, we can either edit the End date or delete it. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and click Recurring Transactions under Lists.
  2. Look for the invoice recurring template and click Edit or the drop-down arrow then, Edit. Click Delete if we opt to.
  3. Under the Interval section, change the End date to By and the date you want to stop it from recurring. 
  4. Click Save template and Yes to confirm.
