How do I sync my mobile app to my online account? Receipts added on the mobile are not showing up on the online version

This should automatically sync, could you please try logging out and logging back in?

tried logging out of both the app and online and logging back into both.  Still nothing.  I have reviewed and saved the receipt on the app.  In addition, the app is not showing my categories which I have set up but only the generic ones.
