~How do i turn off the request for a customer email when creating an invoice?This has only started being a 'thing' today, i dont have email addressess.

Let's make sure you create an invoice without requiring you to enter the customer email address in QuickBooks Online (QBO), emma.

 

When creating an invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you may not always need to enter the customer's email address. The system usually requests the customer's email when you click the Save and Send button or the Send Later box is checked, indicating that you want to save the invoice to your books and send it to the customer simultaneously.  

 

To avoid this, make sure to follow these:

 

 Select Save or Save and close instead. Here's a sample screenshot:

 

Or unchecked the Send Later box.
