How do I view expense account transactions from previous year(s) ?

 

I want to view individual transactions in a previous year's expense account - but all I can see is an end of year total.

I can help pull up your expenses transaction, @S400.

 

We can run the Transaction Detail report to show your expenses transactions from the previous year.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Hover over Custom Reports, and then choose Transaction Detail.
  3. Click Customize Report.
  4. Select the Display tab.
  5. Click the Dates drop-down arrow, and then choose Last Fiscal Year.
  6. Enter the date From and To.
  7. Select the Filters tab.
  8. On the search bar, type Billing Status.
  9. Click the Billed radio button.
  10. Select OK.
