How do I withdraw funds to pay my expenses on QuickBooks?

In order to help you more, we need a bit more information on what you are clearly trying to do, the the sounds of it you want to withdraw funds via Quickbooks, if that is the case then it is not possible to do this. It just cant be done. 

If you are meaning withdrawing cash to a cash on hand, then paying it as an expense, that's be a transfer then an expense.
