Adding and customizing logos on invoices only takes a few easy steps. Before you upload it to QuickBooks Online, make sure the logo is one of the following:

 

  • a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file smaller than 10 MB24-bits or less in bit depth (or colour depth)square-shaped\
  • If it’s CMKY-formatted, convert it into an RGB image using tools such as Adobe Photoshop


Then, you can perform the outlined steps below:

 

  1. Select the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, click Custom Form Styles.
  3. From the New style dropdown, select Invoice. If you want to upload a logo on an existing template, find the template, then select Edit under the Action column.
  4. Go to the Design tab, then select Add your unique logo.
  5. Select the box, then press the + (Add) option.
  6. Locate and select the image you want to use.
  7. Select Open.
  8. Hit Save, then Done after.
