Adding a logo to the invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is easy, @carterprojects17. I'm happy to guide you throughout the process.

Before we start, there are several things to consider to ensure you'll add the logo seamlessly:

  • The logo should be a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file.
  • Smaller than 10 MB24-bits or less in bit depth (or colour depth).
  • It should be square-shaped because rectangles don’t work using the standard RGB colour space.
  • If the logo is CMKY-formatted, convert it first into an RGB image using tools (such as Adobe Photoshop).

Once confirmed that the file meets the criteria, go to the Custom form styles menu to start adding it. Here's how:

  1. In your QBO account, click the Gear and choose Custom form styles.
  2. Next, click the New style drop-down and select Invoice. If you don't want to create a new template, simply select the Edit option beside the invoice template you're using.
  3. Once opened, navigate to the Design tab and click the Add a logo button. Select your desired logo and click Save.
  4. Once added, select Done.

To check the changes, navigate to the +New button to create an invoice. Fill in the needed fields and make sure to select the correct template. When done, select the Print or Preview option to see the added logo.

That's it. You'll now be able to add a logo to your invoices. For reference about the process, visit this article: Add, customise, or remove logos on sales forms.

Additionally, running reports to track your customer transactions such as invoices is a breeze. To do so, simply go to the Reports menu and scroll down to the Who owes you section. From there, choose whichever report you need.

Please leave a reply below if there's anything else you want to know about managing invoices in QBO. I'd be glad to provide additional help. Have a great day ahead and keep safe.
