Before we can manage or categorise your bank/credit card transactions, we still need to connect to QuickBooks Online. There are tow ways to do it. You can either do the Open Banking or the Standard Feeds. You can use these links for reference:

Once you've successfully connected your bank or credit card, you can already categorise the downloaded transactions. You can follow the detailed steps in this article: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
