How does 3rd party CRM communicate with quickbooks? my CRM software just wont export invoices and they say its an issue with quickbooks setting ...?

Its InstallerPro and using app InstallerPro1 to link. Which works in part as when I set up an invoice the customer does appear in my QB customer list....

Last night I changed the email address of my quickbooks to my generic one and I seem to have a new error within the CRM software. Where as before it showed no error now it shows a new page with error information
