How should I label transactions from places such as tesco and sainsbury’s under?

We can use location or class tracking to label transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Class tracking in QuickBooks is an awesome feature. Class track of your income, expenses by department, location, property, project in QuickBooks. This feature is only available in QuickBooks Online Plus.

You can easily turn on class tracking or location tracking in Settings:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Your Company, select Account and settings.
3. Select the Advanced tab.
4. In the Categories section, select the edit pencil icon.
5. Turn on either Track classes or Track locations.
6. Assign classes from the drop-down arrow or choose the location.
7. Click Save and then Done.

Once done, you can now create categories for them:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Lists, click All lists.
3. Choose Classes or Locations.
4. Select New at the top.
5. Enter the information.
6. Select Save.
