How to find a lost missing bank transaction?

I have a credit card under banking tab. It  is showing a payment received from my bank account. But the bank accont doesnt show the payment so i cant match it. Ive checked all excluded and catorgorised payments and its not there. I have checked my banking app, and the payment has gone out of the account. But its not showing on the banking tab for the bank account. 
Only showing in the credit card tab as received.

To start, I suggest logging out of your account and logging back in, as it will help refresh the data in your account.

 

Then, let's manually update the banking page to download the most recent transactions. Follow the steps below to proceed:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu, and select the Banking tab.
  2. Click the Update button.

 

Nonetheless, can you please share with us the name of your bank provider? This way, we can better check if there's an ongoing issue with it.
