Hi there, @Fahd.

I'd love to help you fix your missing transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed. However, I want to know what type of transactions are you referring to. Any further details about this matter are much appreciated.

On the other hand, if you're referring to bank transactions, know that when connecting your bank account to QuickBooks Self-Employed, the system downloads 90-days worth of historical banking transactions.

After that, QuickBooks Self-Employed will download your banking transactions on a regular basis (every 24 hours). Clicking the Refresh all button bypasses the usual system process and downloads again the historical banking transactions.

Moreover, keep in mind that the system is dependent on the transactions that were transmitted from your financial institution.  You can reach out to your bank and verify why the transactions are not downloaded in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

For now, to get work work done, you may manually upload your transactions in the system.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Settings () icon in the upper-right corner and select Imports.
  2. Look for the connected bank account and click Import older transactions under the ACTION column.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to finish importing process.
  4. Select Import.

You can check out these articles that you can use as reference when dealing with downloaded banking transactions:

If you're referring to something else, please let me know by leaving a reply below.

I'll be around to provide further assistance, @Fahd. Feel free to get back to me anytime. Take care!
