Hello there, @rubina.

I'm here to help you match two payments to one QuickBooks Online (QBO) invoice.

We can create 2 partial payments to match it to 1 invoice you created.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Look for the invoice.
  3. Click receive payment.
  4. Enter £500 in the payment column.

Once done, we can follow the steps above to create the 2nd payment of the invoice.

After that, we're now ready to match the two payments for one invoice.

Additionally, please refer to this article to view instructions on how you can reconcile your accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you need further assistance with invoices and payments in QuickBooks. I'm always here to help you.
