I accidentally added a customer and my store had added the transaction automatically how do I delete it please

Good to see you here in the Community space, watersanthony232. I can guide you through the process of deleting a transaction that was added to your QuickBooks account.

Before deleting the transaction, can you share where the customer's name was added? It can help us get on the same page and provide an accurate resolution to your concern.

Also, QuickBooks will not automatically add the transactions unless you create a recurring transaction or auto-add rule. In the meantime, you can follow the steps below if you add them to the Transactions page or the Sales menu.

If the transaction is automatically added to the Sales menu, you can delete the transaction from the All Sales page. This page shows you the status of your sales transactions and lets you create and edit them.

Here's how:

1. Click the Sales. Then All Sales. 
2. Choose the transactions, like Invoices, Sales receipts, Refunds, and Estimates. 
3. Click the drop-down menu under Batch action. 
4. Select Delete. 
5. You'll be prompted to a message. Hit Yes to delete it.

However, if you create an auto-add rule, any transactions on the For Review tab that meet the conditions are automatically added. Auto-add rules run when you sign in, upload a file, or create or modify a new auto-add rule.

To undo them, follow the steps, below:

1. Choose the tile for the bank or credit card account you downloaded the transaction from.
2. Click the Categorised tab.
3. Find the transaction you want to unmatch.
4. Select the blue transaction link in the Added or Matched column to see the matched transaction.
5. Choose Undo from the Action column.

This disconnects the transactions. The original downloaded transaction will go back to the For Review tab. Open these links for more details about the process I've shared above:
