I am assigning transactions to my projects in the usual way but they are not showing up in the projects. Is there a delay?

We'll run a few browser troubleshooting steps to help fix the problem. Let's start by logging in to QBO using a private window or incognito mode. This will help us know if it's the cache that's causing this unexpected behavior.

From there, add the transactions to the projects. Here are the shortcut keys for each browser.

• For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
• For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
• For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

If you didn’t experience any delay, clear the cache of your regular browser. This allows the data to reset and log you out of any webpage.

The process also enhances your browsing experience. If the same thing happens, use a supported browser.
