Question

I am continually having issues with invoices not being received by the customer and therefore not getting paid. The whole email, read receipt functionality is broken?

I searched and saw there were problems with settings where cc'ing yourself wasn't working but that's not the case with these invoices. I successfully sent one yesterday but three attempts at a new invoice to another customer no luck. I just get delivery failure red !

It’s been broken since February. There are two large threads about the issue and Intuit apparent urgency to fix it.

 

Come on in and add your name to the ever growing list of complaints.
