Hi hannahpurland-ho, thanks for joining the Community - this can happen if the setting to automatically apply credits is enabled; please check this and disable if preferred by navigating to the Cog > Account & settings > Advanced > Automation > Automatically apply credits > Toggle off 👩‍💻
