Question

I am having problems uploading receipts, it keeps telling me to ‘refresh’ then tells me there’s a problem and it can’t upload receipts!! ? And try later ??

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @mick-gmrprojects.

 

We currently have an ongoing issue uploading receipts in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Rest assured our product engineers are diligently working on a fix.

 

As a workaround, you can add the transactions manually to your QBO account.

 

Also, to ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can also add your company file to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-74830. To reach them, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help button.
  3. In the QuickBooks Assistance chatbox, select Talk to a human and choose I still need a human.
  4. Select Contact Us.
