Question

I am trying to adjust my qty on hand as this was entered incorrectly. I was advised to create an expense zero rate to then expense the items to adjust, how do I do this?

Hello there, Sharr12.

To do that, let’s open the item and update the information. Let me walk you through the process.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Search icon at the top, then select Advanced Search.

  3. Click on the Search button.
  4. Select the stock quantity adjustment you’re working on.
  5. On the Stock Quantify Adjustment page, choose the appropriate action.
  6. To modify the item, click on New Adjustments or adjust the Change in Qty of previous adjustments.
  7. To remove the item, click on the Delete button at the bottom of the page.
