Let me help manage your invoices, user83197.

In QuickBooks Online, you can use progress invoices to send partial statement to your customers. To begin, you need to delete the invoice.

Then, enter an estimate with the total of f £93310. Here's how:

  1. Click + New, then select Estimate.
  2. Select a customer from the Customer drop-down.
  3. If the work has already started, select a status from the Pending ▼ drop-down. This is optional.
  4. Set the Estimate Date and the Expiration Date.
  5. Enter the products and services you plan to sell.
  6. Enter any other info you need.
  7. When you're ready, select Save.

Once done, create a progress invoice from an estimate. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to Sales, select All Sales.
  2. Find the estimate on the list.
  3. Select Create invoice from the Actions column.
  4. Decide how much you want to invoice for, then select Create invoice.
  5. You can charge for a percentage or a specific amount. If you choose Custom amount for each line, enter a specific amount for each item on the invoice.
  6. Fill out the rest of the invoice.
  7. Select Save and newSave and share linkSave & Share (WhatsApp), or Save and close.
