I am trying to match card payment from bank with invoice - payment received but one transaction is missing even though payment rec in bank and invoiced has been raised?

Have checked to see if the invoice appears as reconciled in another transaction but nothing showing

Hi nikkiarpeetstove,

 

 

Has the payment made against the invoice been marked as reconciled? As manual transactions which have been reconciled will not show as available to match on the banking.
