I am unable to add a tax code to an invoice from me mobile app. All my tax codes are active on the pc.

Hi there, huggabear2009.


We’ve received reports that some customers are unable to add a tax code on the invoice via the mobile app. This unusual behavior is being worked on by our engineers with utmost urgency.


Alternatively, login to QBO using a browser. From there, create the invoice and add the tax code.


Once done, I recommend you get in touch with our QBO Care Team to sign up to the list of affected users. Doing so ensures you’ll receive email updates about the investigation (INV-57673).

 

  1. Go to the Help icon at the top to select the Contact Us link.
  2. This will open another window where you can enter the issue/topic.
  3. Once done, click on the Let’s talk button to view the support information.
  4. Choose how you want to contact our QBO Care Team: Start a chat or Get a callback.
