Question

I am unable to attach PDF files of invoices all of a sudden and now have to send links instead. Any way to rectify this?

This is when I am using the 'share' feature via the mobile app.

We don't have any reported issues with invoice attachments using the share feature at the moment.

 

Please troubleshoot by uninstalling and reinstalling the app to the latest version available in your app store. If this doesn't fix, please get back to us below with the device type that you're using (iOS or Android).
