I am unable to see products/ services on invoice to customer but the prices are there

Welcome to the Community page, 

If you go to the main cog wheel top right hand corner of the dashboard page> under settings click on custom form styles> click on the default template> content>click on the middle box right hand side> tick the option of product and service> then click done and then go back into the invoice click on print or preview and it should now show the product and service for you now.
