Hello there, @Wayner. I've got here steps to help you ensure you'll be able to save your sales receipts.

We can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. Let's begin with clearing your app's data to optimize its performance. There are times, that the stored cache can cause unusual behavior with the system. Let me guide you how:

For Android

  1. Select the menu icon at the top right.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Then, click Refresh Data and tap Yes.

For iOS

  1. Click the menu button.
  2. Then, choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh Data and click Refresh.

You can also clear the app's cache in your phone settings:

Android

  1. In your phone's settings, select Apps (varies by device).
  2. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list.
  3. Then, select Storage.
  4. Click clear data.

iOS

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Then, click on General and choose iPhone Storage.
  3. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space. Then, click Offload App.

Once done, create and save sale receipts again. If the same thing happens, you can create a sales receipt in QBO on a web browser.

You can also visit our QuickBooks Help article page if in case you need articles and guides in doing your QBO tasks.

I'm always here if you need additional assistance in saving your sales receipt. Feel free to post a reply below. Have a good one.
