Question

I can see my Tesco Credit Card balance but cannot see any of the transaction dating back to May 20th. Can anyone help me please ?

Hello Ardtorna,

 

You can perform a manual update of your credit card account to add the missing transactions. I'll walk you through how. 

  1. Click Banking.
  2. Click Banking at the top.
  3. Select the Tesco credit card account, then click Update.

Once done, check your account register again. If you have duplicate transactions, you can exclude them in the For review section.

 

Additionally, you'll want to update your bank account sign-in information to reconnect your banking information with QuickBooks.
