I can't create a invoice as says my trial or subscription has expired when it hasn't? Tried refreshing data and reinstalling the app and still the same any help?

Considering that your subscription is still active, it's possible that you unintentionally accessed a different QuickBooks company file.

I suggest you log out and log back in to your QuickBooks account. Afterward, please verify that you've chosen the accurate and currently active QuickBooks company.

1. Click the three dots.
2. Select Sign out.
3. Hit Yes.
4. Sign in again and make sure you select the correct QB company.
   
    

If the issue persists, let's proceed by accessing your QuickBooks through a web browser. Once there, attempt to create an invoice. If you encounter the same prompt again, we can proceed to the settings section to review your subscription status. Here's how: 

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
2. Pick Settings ⚙, then Account and Settings.
3. Within the Billing & Subscription section, if it indicates an expired status, you can proceed to update or modify your payment method in order to initiate the resubscription process.

However, if it really shows active, you should be able to create an invoice. As initial steps, we can log in to a private browser.

• Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
• Command + Shift + N for Safari

Then, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, and then attempt the process again. If the problem persists, try using a different web browser.
