I can’t download from receipt snap it takes the photo loads up but keeps telling me to refresh to sync but won’t refresh

Let me lay a few guidelines and ensure you can download a photo in QuickBooks App.

 

The possible issue could be within the application. That is the reason why you're unable to download and use the Receipt Snap Feature in the QuickBooks Mobile app. 

 

First and foremost, you'll want to ensure you have stable internet connection and let's also make sure that QuickBooks Mobile app is up to date. If the issue persist, let's refresh the data to resolve this.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Menu, then More Options.
  2. Select Settings and then Refresh Data.
  3. To confirm, press the YES button.

 

If the issue persist, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app. Please follow the steps below to proceed:

 

  1. Tap and hold the app on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Select Yes to confirm.
