I can't retrieve any of my date i.e invoice Etc from old broken device on here?

I've got some tips to share with you on how you can retrieve data from an old device, @mikeys-machines-.

 

If you're using a new device to log in to your QuickBooks Online company, like a new laptop or even a different browser and you forgot your user ID or password. You can use IDF (Identify First) to access your account as long as you have your email address or phone number. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Fill in your email address, user ID, and password or phone number.
  3. If you want to save your sign-in credentials, click on Remember me.
  4. Hit Sign in.
  5. You'll get an email or text message from us containing a 6-digit verification code. Type in the code and hit Sign in.

 

 

If you're using different credentials to log in, here are detailed steps from this module that you can refer to: Sign in to QuickBooks Online account.

 

On the other hand, if you're trying to retrieve data from a canceled QBO account, you'll have read-only access to your QBO data. I recommend resubscribing to QBO if you want to see your data after this date.
