Question

I can't see any previous estimates/invoices even existing customers on the app but all information is available online. Anything I can do to fix this?

Hi snowdenplumbingh It may be that you have installed the incorrect app, if you have one of our small business accounts, you may have downloaded the self employed app rather than the accounting app?

Hi John,

Unfortunately it's the correct app items been working for years but last Friday I just wasn't able to find/view any thing that's on our account on the app. My business partner can in his mobile device but I cannot.
