I can't see if an estimate or invoice has reached the customer correctly

When I send invoices or estimates via quickbooks online I always blind copy myself but quickbooks doe not warn me when the email bounces back from the customer. I have lost customers because they never received the estimate that I thought I had sent.

Quickbooks would not let me use my outlook email address to send invoices and estimates from and I don't want to use gmail, so I have to use quickbooks own address but it fails to warn me when emails are not delivered!!

What can I do?

Hi accounts 500, the invoice status would show as either 'bounced' or 'undeliverable', you can check this by opening the invoice fully and selecting More > Audit history > View the 'Last Sent:' field. 🙂

Hello Accounts500,

Welcome to the Community page,

You should get a notification on the dashboard if anything has failed to send. It's possible that they have sent successfully from QBO but then been blocked elsewhere further down the line, which we have no control over.

It it possible to get a bounce back notice like you get with most email accounts?
