I can;t see on QB my bank transactions only starting from Nov 2018. What do I need to do to pull my transactions from earlier (May 18)?

Once you have connected your bank the only way to include historic transactions would be to download a statement from your online account in an Excel/CSV format, delete any transactions from the spreadsheet that you may have already added to QuickBooks and then upload it to the banking screen.
