Question

I can't see the full invoice history for my customer in my app but I am able to see that on my laptop. Why I can't see all that on my app? Is there any filter to untick?

With this, may I ask for additional details on what specific details or invoice history you see on your QuickBooks browser on your laptop that you are unable to view in your QBO app? Invoices, payments. It's empty in the app but available on my laptop. So if I want to track customer's history when he got his first invoice I can't do it from my phone.

 Hello KasiaP1, you should be able to see your invoices and payments that are showing in the web version in the app version, can you please try fully uninstalling and reinstalling the app and see if that resolves it for you.

Edit- The history on the app shows only a small amount of data. For the full data it would be a case of using the browser version.
