I can’t see transactions from last year from my current account. The last ones are from april, while one of my credit cards goes back to December 2019 (which is still not enough). Any ideas?

I'm here to help you download the transactions, Userbenceix.

 

If it's your first time connecting the bank account, the program downloads 90-days to 24 months worth of transactions. After that, they'll be downloaded regularly (depending on your bank).

 

However, there are instances that transactions aren't downloaded. These are some of the reasons:

  • The bank may have implemented changes to their service offerings.
  • An update on your bank's information.
  • An inactive bank account enabled for Online Banking.
  • There's ongoing maintenance on the bank's website.

Let's try to update the accounts manually. It'll help refresh the connection between the bank account and our program. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Bank accounts.
  3. Click Refresh all.
