Hello there. I'd be glad to help you upgrade your QuickBooks Online (QBO) version so you'll able to raise invoices in different currencies.

In QBO, you have to turn on the Multicurrency feature so you can use different currencies for invoices. However, this option is only available in Essentials, Plus, and Advanced versions.

To upgrade your subscription so you can use this feature, go to the Billing & Subscription page. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your as a primary or company admin.
  2. Next, click the Settings menu and go to Account and Settings.
  3. Then, select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Ensure your payment info is up to date.
  5. From the QBO section, select Upgrade your plan.
  6. Next, click Choose Plan and follow the onscreen steps to upgrade your plan.

Once done, you're now ready to turn on the feature. Refer to these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Settings menu and select Account and Settings.
  2. Next, go to the Advanced menu.
  3. Then, in the Currency section, select Edit.
  4. From the Home Currency dropdown, select your currency.
  5. Turn on the Multicurrency switch and confirm that you understand that you can't undo this option.
  6. Click Save, then Done.

I also added this helpful resource that you can use as a guide in receiving and making payment using different currencies in QBO: Receiving and making payment for a foreign invoice/ bill with a foreign currency. Please know that this article is for the SG users but the steps are still applicable to all regions.
