May I ask what's the exact error when you try to send your invoices in QuickBooks Online? Any information will help us isolate your issue base on the exact message you're receiving.

 

Moreover, the system sometimes behaves strangely when the browser is full of outdated pages. These also became corrupted, which led to problems like the inability to send invoices. To identify the problem, I suggest performing basic troubleshooting steps.

 

To start, let's log into your QBO in a private window. The keyboard shortcuts are as follows:

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

 

Let's clear the cache in the browser to start afresh. Then, try sending an invoice to your email when you're finished. If it works, please check your customer's email on their customer profile. It could not have been set up properly, preventing it to send an invoice.  If not, use other supported web engines to get the best and most secure experience with QBO.
