I can't send invoices, not had a problem before but for some reason it's saying delivery error?

Welcome to the Community, ewoodrupLet's fix the error with some troubleshooting steps so you can send invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

We can understand the importance of managing invoices in QuickBooks without issues. To fix this issue, we can perform some resolution process to get through with sending your invoice to your customers. For the initial solution, you'll want to reset your email address if you recently imported data into a QuickBooks Online. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon , then select Account and settings.
  2. From the Company section, select Edit icon in Contact info.
  3. Review each email address and make changes as needed.
  4. Then select Save and Done.

If the possible troubleshooting process doesn't work, we can perform the basic browser troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. You can also try logging in to QuickBooks Online using a private browser and access a page or create and send a transaction. It also helps to improve and speed up your browser's performance. Cookies and caches may prevent you from sending invoices. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

 

Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N

Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P

Safari: press Command + Shift +

 

If it works, you can return to your regular browser and clear your browser's cache. Then, you may see if it fixes the problem and gets started on the tasks at hand. Otherwise, you can use another supported browser.
